Head among Butterflies

Late - as always, but carnival mask just occured to make when I tried to do monotyps with my little guy. We painted (or did I painted it?) half of the face and printed it on other so that the face was symmetric and little smudged. The same with butterflies, this time our common work.

My son tends to put the paintbrushes in his mouth and eat the paint when we try to paint something with watercolors. Your little guy seems quite an artist :) We didn't celebrate carnival this year, but I don't think it is a very popular celebration here in Norway.

You always have so many wonderful ideas Magda! I can totally see why Domink is not happy away from his mom. We've made butterflies before (with the boys, Rebecca always seems soo little to me!) but never masks.
