July

We were hiding in my dad's cold and cool house during the past unbearable days. Occasionally we went out, appreciated another cold place, which is a river. My dad's courtyard also came handy. He needs a garden furniture. Something in the French style.

Looks like July is treating you well. Hope you were not too affected by the heatwave? We have nothing that resembles a heatwave up here, more like a cold wave ha!. xxx

I am envious of the cold wave at the North right now ... it is unbearable here. Anybody still doubtful of the global warming?

I'm convinced that this crazy weather is a sign of global warming (replying to your comment above): we've had no summer to speak of for several years, and now it's been very hot - which probably is more like what summer is about in the Mediterranean regions, but it's how "unusual" and extreme we always describe the weather (whether hot/dry/wet/cold etc) that is scary.
The berry dessert looks lovely :)

It is red currant pie and red currant, they say, doesn't grow much in Mediterranean because it is a colder plant. But that will all change now.
