Oh, and the lunar rover or whatever it resembles were meant to be art studios. The rent IS expensive. Good luck!

I prefer the old part of your view....I´m a romantic at heart. ;)
yes ... i prefer the old view as well. it is quite quaint and lovely. thanks for showing us your contrasting views !!
Very interesting and different views. I like the contrast.
I actually like the old and the new. Both sides have their own story. Thanks. xoxo
Definitely different. but interesting too!
It's not easy in architecture to matain a good balance between old and new. In my view, only the French are reliably able to do it!
As other are saying: I like the the old better but this new building does't look bad either. Thank you for sharing!
Have a happy day,
Kasia
the new one is not to bad..love your wondeful city
it's difficult to see old houses and buildings torn down - once they're gone, they're gone forever. but i love your description of the 'lunar rover!'
I like old houses better, they have more personality, but that new building does look very "space age".
interesting architecture both new and old, but i do prefer the old i must say. it has so much character.
I find that "lunar rover" quite interesting... :)
I must visit Prague soon. I love the mix of old and new in your photos.
i kind of like this view. thanks for showing us this! besos-jane
I kind of like the lunar rover!
A very interesting view! I think lunar pod describes it perfectly!
This is really cool.
This was a refreshing break from all the other picturesque, more traditional corner views. There's a certain beauty to the modern -- a simplicity that I really appreciate.
very modern! nice shots!

I see what you mean about the lunar rover. It looks as though it is about to take off into space.
"Lunar Rover", what a great way to describe it. I must say that I am not really a fan of ultra-modern architecture.
Interesting building, it's always fascinating to see the old blended in with the new.
Love the playhouse in your last post. :)
